Bottled without fining or time in oak, this is a truly wild ferment wine made with the minimum of intervention, the success of this approach most likely due at least in part, to biodynamics. Restrained mulberry, black cherry, bramble notes, supple, fleshy texture yet quite tight and very fine. It is very smooth in the mid
