Josef & Philipp Brundlmayer Riesling Kaiserstiege CV 750 Missing Image tea smoke and a hintIt's always a risky endeavor to feature a Riesling as many folks harbor preconceived notions about this most noble of varieties. Often (and sometimes justifiably) accused of being sweet, it can be difficult to try a dry Riesling with a truly open mind. I implore you to do so in this case! For starters, we are in Kremstal, Austria, not Germany, and the Austrians tend towards a dryer style which Brundlmayer presents with the highest of definition.
