It was pulled from a city designated graffiti wall at the skate park in Redmond WA, a suburb of Seattle. This paint has a look similar to fordite but is truly random so far as colors go. It's made up of graffiti tags as well as beautiful large scale art. You can google Redmond Skate park and see some pictures of the wall. It looks like it changes often.
